Reasons to take yourself OUTSIDE–
1- Man was born in the wild. Returning to it RESONATES at the very core of who we are. It heightens the peace and stillness within us.
2- You get to see LIFE at its purest: The way the morning sunlight bounces through the tree tops, baby bambi deer chilling in a meadow, and SMELL- the awakening of your senses when you can SMELL the vividness of life that surrounds us. Nature awakens your senses.
3- Physical activity! Rock climb, go for a brisk walk, swim in the lake/ocean/river, run through the woods, hike up the valley. Go off the beaten path and EXPLORE- get you a little exercise while you’re at it.
4- Vitamin D- Most people in America have a deficiency. Around 15 minutes of sunlight a day can boost your levels!
5- Gardening- Reap what you sow.
This list can go on and on, but that means you are still here, inside, reading it. So instead, go EXPLORE on your own, and see what benefits you receive from being OUTSIDE.
