A National Academy of Sports Medicine Certified Personal Trainer in Denver, Sara is dedicated to practicing and teaching yoga, mastering the art of weightlifting and strength training and nutrition. Sara recognizes that our bodies are temples and vehicles that propel us throughout life and she is driven to live a life that supports the interior and exterior well-being of her vehicle.
